Palawan

Flying to Puerto Princesa, Palawan for a three-day vacation. 

Going to stay in the Citystate-Asturias Hotel, one of the best hotels in Puerto Princesa. (Posting their delish buffet meals on Pigging Out)

  And finally, island hopping, my first time. Just look at how beautiful this place is, and of course, me.

The highlight of every tourist's vacation in Palawan, once one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Puerto Princesa Underground River, which was absolutely beautiful. The 980 ft cave dome above the underground water is abundant the amazing rock formations, large bats, and rare creatures. It was breathtaking, also literally, because deeper areas of the cave is difficult to explore due to oxygen deprivation. If I were to rate it, it'll definitely be 11/10!

While we were on our way to the Underground River, Tsonggos (Philippine monkeys) surprised and welcomed us, some even tried to get our food.

It's impressive how they protect and preserve the wildlife. 

Too bad we only get to stay for three days. I would live here! The mountains, beaches, rivers, wildlife, are undoubtedly extraordinary. Visit their official website to discover more about the beautiful Palawan. http://www.palawan.gov.ph/
